Growing Mushrooms Workshop (Wild and Tame) 12-13 August 2023
This two day intensive workshop in West Lothian will cover all aspects of high-value gourmet mushroom cultivation and growing. Topics include preparation, propagation, harvesting and uses (both culinary and medicinal), with a goody bag, literature and and your own inoculated log/kit with spawn to take home.
